On this Serene Sunday we turn to Robert Schumann’s iconic, Traumerei [Dreaming], which comes from his Scenes From Childhood for piano, “Kinderszenen”.

This You Tube video is a special one as it has Vladimir Horowitz’s return home to Moscow in 1986 after more than 60 years. As you can see from the crowd it is a very emotional return-and this piece may also bring tears to your eyes as it did to many in the audience.
